What data we process and why
When you fill in the request form on our site, we receive your name, company name, phone number, email address and — if you provide them — the site address, preferred visit time, the package you chose and a comment. We process this data on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — in order to contact you about the free assessment and service you requested.
Providing personal data is voluntary. If you do not provide it, we will not be able to contact you.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses:
- Google Analytics 4 — analysis of site visits. Runs only after you give consent.
- Google Ads — measuring advertising effectiveness and conversions. Runs only after you give consent.
Analytics and marketing cookies are used on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without your consent these cookies are not stored. You can change your cookie settings at any time by pressing “Cookie settings” in the site footer.
Data transfers
The site and the request form are provided by Netlify, Inc. (USA) — submitted form data is processed on its servers on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Cookie data is transferred to Google Ireland Limited. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to other recipients, except where required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- request access to your data, and its correction or erasure,
- restrict or object to the processing of your data,
- withdraw your consent to cookies at any time,
- lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).

Data retention
We keep request form data for as long as it is needed for communication, but no longer than 2 years.
